#GratitudeGiveDay, Tuesday, November 14, 2017, was a wonderful success! Through the generous on-line support of many of United’s alumni, friends, faculty and staff we raised $21,975 in actual gifts. As this amount exceeded our $20,000 goal of individual gifts, it activated the $20,000 match. For the day, you helped us raise $41,975.
Here’s what you helped us accomplish:
- $2,300 in additional Scholarship dollars will be available to those Seminarians needing financial assistance.
- $4,220 will be earmarked for the Kaleo Center for Faith, Justice and Social Transformation to continue their great program.
- $35,455 will go towards Academic Programs and Support, allowing United to continue moving forward as a thought leader in theological and social justice communities.
- Interestingly, this was accomplished through a total of 101 individual gifts. Twelve of which were received by a first time donor!
